What is the ruling on fainting and vomiting [whilst fasting]?

With regards to fainting and vomiting, they do not break the fast. As for the ḥadīth “The one who cannot help vomiting does not have to make up the fast, but the one who vomits deliberately has to make it up” this is weak.
