Usamah Ibn Laden is a filthy Devil! – Shaykh Ahmed ibn Yahya al-Najmi
Shaykh Ahmed ibn Yahya al-Najmi strongly condemns those who claim that Usamah ibn Laden is the awaited Mahdī or the leader of Muslims. He states that such people are devils, and praising ibn Laden is evidence of sharing his renegade stance.
Questioner:
Some people claim that Ibn Lāden is the awaited Mahdī and they name him “The Leader of the Muslims.” What do you say concerning this?
Shaykh Aḥmed al-Najmi:
These people are devils! This people are devils! Ibn Lāden is a filthy devil and a renegade. It is not permissible for anyone to praise him and whosoever praises him, then it is evidence that he is a renegade just like him.
