Questioner:

What is said during the prostration of forgetfulness, recitation and gratefulness? 

Shaykh Ṣāliḥ Ibn Fawzān al-Fawzān:

The same is said in them as what is said during the prostration of the prayer. The prostration of recitation and the prostration of gratefulness the same is said in them as what is said in the prayer: “Exalted is my Lord the Most High” and he repeats it. If he makes supplications in addition to that, then it is fine. He can supplicate to Allāh.
