Shaykh Salih al-Fawzan advises that if a brother does not pray or fast, he is not considered a Muslim. Therefore, the believer should not live with him in the same house; either the brother should leave or the believer should leave to avoid sharing a home with someone neglecting essential duties.
May Allāh ﷻ be good towards you, this questioner from outside also says, I have a brother that doesn’t pray and doesn’t fast, what should I do with him and he lives with me in the same house?
You leave or he leaves, do not assemble with him in one house; he doesn’t pray, he doesn’t fast. This is not a Muslim so how can you live with him?
