Questioner:

If a man built a house based on a usury transaction, then repents. What should he do with the house?

Shaykh Muḥammad Nāṣir al-Dīn al-Albānī:

He doesn’t do anything other than repent to Allah correctly. if it’s easy for him, let him spend the price [of the house] in charity on the poor, otherwise there isn’t anything upon him.
