Shaykh Salih al-Fawzan explains that if Muslims in a land are in need of a student of knowledge, remaining with them to teach, call to Allah ﷻ, and guide them is better and more beneficial than migrating elsewhere.

No, if a student of knowledge is needed by the Muslims in another land, then staying with them is better. Staying with them and calling them to Allāh ﷻ, enlightening them of their religion, staying with them has benefits. Calling them to Allāh ﷻ and directing them Muslims there is better than migrating to Saudi Arabia.
