Books to Read at Home for Your Family

Shaykh Salih al-Fawzan advises that the best book to read to your family at home is Riyāḍ al-Ṣāliḥīn, as it contains beneficial sayings of the Prophet ﷺ. He also recommends reading teachings on prayer and ablution so the family becomes aware of these rulings.

Which beneficial books do you advise us to read to our families at home?

Shaykh Ṣāliḥ Fawzān al-Fawzān:

The best thing to read to them is Riyāḍ al-Ṣāliḥīn. This book is beneficial and contains statements from the Messenger of Allah categorised according to detailed chapters. Likewise, just as we have mentioned, read to them rulings related to prayer and ablution so that they become aware (of these matters).
