Does a True Muslim Congregation Still Exist?
Shaykh Salih al-Fawzan confirms that a true Muslim congregation still exists today. He cites the Prophet ﷺ, who promised that a group of believers will remain steadfast on the truth until Allah’sﷻ decree arrives, despite opposition or abandonment by others.
Questioner:
May Allah be good to you. Is there a Muslim congregation in this day and age or not?
Shaykh Ṣāliḥ ibn Fawzān al-Fawzān
There is no might or power except by the permission of Allah! Yes there is! (the Prophet said ), “‘There will not cease to be a group amongst my nation manifest upon the truth. They will neither be harmed by those who forsake them nor by those who oppose them until the command of Allāh comes to pass.”
