I’m from France. I wish to open a perfume store for men and women. Am I responsible for the women who buy the perfumes and apply it outside the house, and do I have to place a public sign that such a thing is not permissible for women to do?
Not at all. Sell perfume to both men and women. The women are responsible for how they use it. You are not responsible.
