Praying Fajr After Sunrise: Is It Valid?

A man consistently delays Fajr prayer until after sunrise while performing other prayers on time. Shaykh Muḥammad ibn Ṣāliḥ al-ʿUthaymīn explains that praying Fajr after its time without a legitimate excuse invalidates the prayer, and habitual sleep is not an excuse.
